Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use RoadTribe. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
An account is required to access and use the app.
User Accounts
To use RoadTribe, you must create an account using a valid email address. Social logins are not supported at this time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create and share on RoadTribe, including trips, routes, photos, and captions.
By using RoadTribe, you grant RoadTribe a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for operating and promoting the app.
You may delete your content or your account at any time.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use RoadTribe for unlawful or harmful purposes
Harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm other users
Upload misleading, offensive, or illegal content
Attempt to interfere with the app’s security or functionality
Moderation and Enforcement
RoadTribe reserves the right to:
Remove content that violates these Terms
Suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or policy violations
Investigate reports and enforce platform rules
Users may report or block other users within the app.
Premium Features
RoadTribe may offer premium features. Any purchases for premium access are completed outside the app via the RoadTribe website. Apple is not responsible for these transactions.
Disclaimers
RoadTribe is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoadTribe and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
